Unfortunately, No. We keep our customers informed with progress pictures during the creation process. This way, you can not only track your progress, but let us know during development stages whether or not you like something. We do not ship until we have final approval.

No! Every piece we make by hand is different and unique! While we are making a same design or pattern… no 2 pieces will be exactly the same! Mother Nature is also an artist, and she creates different grain and knot patterns in the wood! This is completely natural. We do not add any of these variations ourselves. This is why we love working with wood… because each piece is different and beautiful at the same time

Not exactly. While we do our best to make each project in a uniform way, every piece we handcraft is made to order from scratch. However, every piece of wood that we use is different… no grain pattern or wood knot will ever be the same! This makes each piece we stain, even if its the same color, have a bit of variation each time (which makes each piece unique). For example: one round shelf stained with Dark Walnut will not look 100% exactly like the next one we stain in the same color. There are spots that are naturally lighter than others, and they may not grab the stain as much thus staying light.
Obviously we have photos to give the buyer a good idea as to what they will receive, but the final product may be a little different.

No! If you take matters into your own hands, and try something like adding more stain to the items you received, you cannot return it to us.
If you disassemble a wall shelf, then break and want to return it, the answer is no. If you alter your product from us in any way, shape or form, and request to return it… the answer is no.

Unfortunately not. While we are all human and make mistakes from time to time, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges in the event they want to send something back to us for a fix or exchange (example: wrong bottle size is ordered, or you changed your mind about your order).
On the flip side to this, if you receive something and it is an error on OUR part… we will work with you to correct the mistake. If the item needs to be shipped back to us, that is when we will cover the shipping costs. But only in those circumstances. And luckily, they are very rare!
We will absolutely work with our customers to make sure they are happy with their purchase from our little wood shop!
